If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply return it within 10 days of the order date by mail to our shipping address below. Returns for credit will only be made for items with defects or damages occurring from manufacturing or shipping only, exchanges will be made for items that are the wrong size only otherwise ALL SALES ARE FINAL.  All returns will be inspected upon return before a credit of purchase price will be issued or an exchange for the same item or one of similar value. We regret that all shipping, handling and return mail charges are not refundable and will be paid by customer making the return, however we will isuue you a 5 % credit towards your next purchase. Pack your return in the original package if possible and be sure to include the invoice. Any orders returned to us past the 10 day grace period will not be accepted unless there was a problem with shipping or some other problem beyond your abilities, otherwise the item will become yours. Include a note on the invoice or email us indicating the reason for the return so we may be able to identify the problem and process your order quickly and more efficiently. We will refund a credit for the returned item or place a order for the exchanged item once you let us know what your preference is sent to us by email or with your return. It will take approximately 7-10 business days to process your return. You will receive an email when your credit or order for the exchanged item has been processed. We recommend that all returns and exchanges be sent via a traceable carrier such as USPS, UPS or FedEx with insurance for item(s) amount and a tracking number. VDINX Designs is not responsible for packages not received if sent via a non traceable carrier or without insurance for item(s) amount and tracking number.
